Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Qaneri platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Qaneri Pty Ltd (ABN 62 669 452 117), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

Qaneri provides an all-in-one business automation platform including CRM, marketing automation, sales funnels, SMS communication, reputation management, analytics, and related services (“Platform”).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for Qaneri. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@qaneri.com of any unauthorised use of your account. Qaneri will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST. All prices are as listed on our pricing page.

Payment: processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

30-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee is available once per customer.

Failed payments: if payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment twice. If unsuccessful, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.

You agree not to use Qaneri to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or messages that violate the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Our IP: the Qaneri platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Qaneri Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Your data: you retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant Qaneri a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

We will never sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Qaneri platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Qaneri's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Qaneri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Qaneri may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
